Q&A with Larissa

How would you describe yourself in 4 words if you were introducing yourself to someone new?

Present, empathetic, enthusiastic & creative 🤍

What training have you already done and what do you do?

I am doing a classical hatha yoga training at Akasha Yoga Academy 🙏🏼. I finished my education degree this winter and have been working as a secondary teacher for half a year. On the side I am a yoga teacher - I have been giving private yoga classes for a year and this winter I will start teaching group classes 🧘🏻♀️

What would your perfect everyday life look like?

Up early and early-morning yoga, then a visit to my favorite coffee shop and a delicious brecki, followed by a long city stroll in the sun with my lovely humans ☀️

What do you wish for in 5-10 years?

I wish that I can continue to live out my passion and my purpose - teaching. I love to work with people and accompany them on their way back to themselves - Yoga is Magic!

What values do you want to convey with your Instagram account in the future?

For me, my Instagram account is a place where I can express myself creatively and communicate with my great community. I try to convey values like mindfulness and sustainability - as these aspects are very important to me.
